December had come with a lot of expectations and plans. Functions, dinners, get togethers left me exhausted. A dense fog and a sudden drop in temperature helped the lazy man kill all plans to go for the holiday in Jaipur. So when the noise increased at home, the best he could do was to arrange a guided tour in the largest house of a head of state in the world. The Rashtrapati Bhavan is the residence of the president of India, built over 200000 square feet land, having 360 rooms, surrounded by the famous Mughal Garden is unforgettable.
Jaipur column stands on the median dividing the Rashtrapati Bhavan into two equal halves. Also on the same median is the India Gate.
The steed which brought glory to past kings are famous, why should my car stay behind...
A perfect picture of the family after the tour which took us through the Rashtrapati Bhavan, Durbar Hall, Ashoka Hall, Banquet Hall, Museum and the Mughal Gardens.
Oops... I wasnt in the previous picture.
The kids had a fun time posing with the Rajputana Rifles armyman.
